About The Biohacking Bible
The Biohacking Bible is an independent, UK-based educational publisher covering biohacking and longevity research. We summarise published human studies on sleep, glucose, fasting, heart-rate variability, heat and cold exposure, sauna, nootropics, light therapy, supplements, and consumer wearables. We translate the evidence into plain English, grade it honestly, and link to the underlying sources.
Who this is for
Adults curious about evidence-based self-experimentation who are tired of supplement-shop blog posts, affiliate-funded review sites, and influencer protocols. We assume readers want what the research actually says — including where it's thinner than the marketing implies.
What we won't do
- Sell supplements, peptides, or devices.
- Provide dosing or self-administration guidance for prescription-only medicines.
- Run affiliate links that bend editorial judgement.
- Use language that would breach ASA rules on health claims.
- Pretend a protocol with grade-D evidence is grade-A.
Editorial standards
Every protocol page lists an evidence grade (A–D), a last-reviewed date, and links the primary sources used. Our build pipeline rejects pages containing banned phrasing ("cures", "treats disease", "guaranteed", "prevents disease", "miracle"). Pages are reviewed at least annually, sooner when a UK regulator (NHS, NICE, MHRA, FSA) updates relevant guidance.
Read our editorial policy, evidence-grading methodology, and corrections policy.
What we are not
We are not clinicians. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide dosing guidance. If you are unwell, contact NHS 111 or in an emergency 999. If you suspect a supplement or medicine has caused harm, file a report with the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme. See our full medical disclaimer.
